The monograph provides a detailed scientific analysis of the division of gender roles in modern Russian society, the gender role of a “real man” in the socio-cultural connection, in the stratification field of society is studied in particular detail, the status and behavioral characteristics of a man are considered in great detail. Particularly relevant is the chapter devoted to the definition of social roles, the role of a man in the political and labor spheres, in which an important place is given to the very nature of a “man”: ways of forming masculinity, the direct connection between masculinity and femininity, behavior in political life, clashes and confrontation.
